Product Advantages

Powerful Engine Performance

01 Powerful Engine Performance

HAMAC internal combustion forklifts are available with diesel, LPG, gasoline and dual-fuel power options to match different operating requirements. Diesel forklifts provide strong torque for heavy loads and outdoor work, while LPG and gasoline forklifts offer flexible performance for factory, loading dock and mixed indoor-outdoor applications with suitable ventilation. IC forklift power systems are designed to deliver stable travel performance, responsive lifting and dependable operation during continuous material handling tasks.

Fast Refueling for Continuous Work

02 Fast Refueling for Continuous Work

Internal combustion forklifts can be refueled quickly, helping customers reduce downtime during long shifts and high-frequency handling operations. Diesel tanks can be refilled efficiently, while LPG cylinders can be replaced quickly when fuel is available on site. This makes diesel, LPG and dual-fuel forklifts a practical choice for rental fleets, logistics yards, busy loading areas and operations that cannot wait for battery charging.

Built for Outdoor and Heavy-Duty Applications

03 Built for Outdoor and Heavy-Duty Applications

With durable frames, powerful engines, high ground clearance and robust drive systems, HAMAC internal combustion forklifts are suitable for industrial yards, construction material storage, timber yards, factories, ports and outdoor logistics areas. They can handle demanding work involving building materials, machinery parts, steel products, timber, palletized cargo and other heavy industrial loads.

Pneumatic Tire Options for Uneven Ground

04 Pneumatic Tire Options for Uneven Ground

HAMAC diesel and LPG forklifts can be equipped with pneumatic tires for better traction and stability on paved yards, loading areas and uneven outdoor surfaces. This configuration is especially suitable for construction sites, lumber yards, agricultural facilities, ports and industrial areas where a standard warehouse electric forklift may not be the best choice. Pneumatic-tire IC forklifts are widely used where ground clearance, durability and outdoor mobility are important.

Configurable Fuel, Mast and Attachment Solutions

05 Configurable Fuel, Mast and Attachment Solutions

Customers can choose diesel, LPG, gasoline or dual-fuel forklift configurations based on fuel availability, operating hours, emissions requirements and working environment. HAMAC can also provide duplex or triplex masts, full free lift options, side shifters, fork positioners, fork extensions, cabins, air conditioners, warning lights and specialized attachments to match pallet sizes, rack heights and handling tasks. Industry IC models commonly offer diesel, LPG or dual-fuel versions within comparable 2.0–3.5T capacity classes.

Durable Design and Operator Comfort

06 Durable Design and Operator Comfort

HAMAC internal combustion forklifts are designed for long operating hours with an ergonomic operator area, clear forward visibility, practical controls and service-friendly component access. Heavy-duty cooling, reliable drivetrain components and reinforced chassis configurations help support stable operation in hot, dusty and demanding work environments. Contemporary diesel/LPG forklift designs commonly combine enhanced cooling, wet-disc brake axles, ergonomic cabins and durable powertrain components to improve uptime and serviceability.

Common FAQs

What is a heavy duty IC forklift?
A heavy duty IC forklift is a high-capacity internal combustion counterbalance forklift designed to lift and transport large, heavy, or oversized industrial loads. HAMAC heavy duty IC forklifts are mainly diesel-powered and are suitable for steel yards, ports, stone and marble facilities, precast concrete plants, timber yards, machinery factories, and other demanding industrial environments.
What capacities are available for HAMAC heavy duty IC forklifts? +
HAMAC heavy duty IC forklifts are available from 5 tons to 32 tons. The product range includes 5T, 7T, 10T, 12T, 16T, 18T, 25T, and 32T diesel forklift solutions. The final capacity must be selected according to actual load weight, load center, lifting height, load dimensions, attachment weight, and residual capacity at the required lift height.
Which heavy duty forklift is suitable for steel, stone, or precast concrete? +
A 5 ton to 10 ton diesel forklift is commonly used for standard heavy pallets, building materials, timber, and medium industrial cargo. A 12 ton or 16 ton heavy duty forklift is more suitable for larger precast concrete products, steel bundles, stone blocks, marble slabs, and machinery components. For oversized loads, ports, and specialized industrial projects, HAMAC can recommend an 18 ton, 25 ton, or 32 ton heavy lift forklift after reviewing the load dimensions and load center.
What is the load center of a heavy duty forklift? +
The load center is the horizontal distance from the fork face or load backrest to the center of gravity of the load. Heavy duty IC forklifts commonly use a 600 mm load center for 5T to 16T models, while 18T, 25T, and 32T forklifts may require larger load centers such as 900 mm, 1200 mm, or 1250 mm. A larger load center reduces the available lifting capacity, so HAMAC must confirm the actual load size before selecting the forklift.
Can a heavy duty IC forklift be fitted with attachments? +
Yes. HAMAC heavy duty IC forklifts can be equipped with wide side shifters, fork positioners, long forks, fork extensions, coil rams, paper roll clamps, bale clamps, drum handlers, container handling attachments, and other specialized tools. Every attachment adds weight and changes the load center, so the residual capacity chart must be checked before finalizing the forklift configuration.
What lift height is available for heavy duty diesel forklifts? +
HAMAC heavy duty diesel forklifts can be configured with duplex or triplex mast options. Standard lift heights are commonly 3000 mm, 4000 mm, or 5000 mm, while selected 12T to 16T internal combustion forklifts can be configured with lift heights up to approximately 6500 mm. The final lift height must be matched to the load center, mast design, attachment, and residual capacity requirement.
Can heavy duty IC forklifts work outdoors? +
Yes. Heavy duty internal combustion forklifts are designed primarily for outdoor and industrial-yard work. Large pneumatic tires, high ground clearance, reinforced chassis structures, and diesel engine power make them suitable for ports, steel yards, timber yards, concrete plants, stone processing facilities, and paved industrial areas. For extremely soft, muddy, or severely uneven ground, a purpose-built rough terrain forklift or telehandler may be more appropriate.
What engine options are available for high-capacity forklifts? +
HAMAC can offer engine options according to forklift capacity, destination market, fuel availability, and emissions requirements. Depending on the model, available options may include Cummins, Weichai, Isuzu, or other approved diesel engines. The engine power, emission standard, cooling system, and air filtration package should be matched to the site temperature, altitude, dust level, and required operating hours.
What safety options are available for a heavy lift forklift? +
HAMAC can provide safety and operating options such as a full-vision cabin, air conditioner, heater, rear-view camera, reversing alarm, LED work lights, blue safety lights, fire extinguisher, weighing system, speed limiter, warning indicators, and enhanced cooling packages. The final safety configuration should be selected according to the operating site, load type, local regulations, and customer safety policy.
What information is needed to choose a heavy duty IC forklift? +
Please provide the load weight, load dimensions, load center, maximum lift height, required fork length, attachment requirement, ground condition, working gradient, travel distance, working hours per day, operating temperature, dust condition, desired engine emission standard, quantity, and destination country. HAMAC can then recommend a suitable 5 ton to 32 ton heavy duty IC forklift with the correct mast, engine, tire, cabin, and attachment configuration.
