Product Advantages

Powerful Engine Performance

01 Powerful Engine Performance

HAMAC internal combustion forklifts are available with diesel, LPG, gasoline and dual-fuel power options to match different operating requirements. Diesel forklifts provide strong torque for heavy loads and outdoor work, while LPG and gasoline forklifts offer flexible performance for factory, loading dock and mixed indoor-outdoor applications with suitable ventilation. IC forklift power systems are designed to deliver stable travel performance, responsive lifting and dependable operation during continuous material handling tasks.

Fast Refueling for Continuous Work

02 Fast Refueling for Continuous Work

Internal combustion forklifts can be refueled quickly, helping customers reduce downtime during long shifts and high-frequency handling operations. Diesel tanks can be refilled efficiently, while LPG cylinders can be replaced quickly when fuel is available on site. This makes diesel, LPG and dual-fuel forklifts a practical choice for rental fleets, logistics yards, busy loading areas and operations that cannot wait for battery charging.

Built for Outdoor and Heavy-Duty Applications

03 Built for Outdoor and Heavy-Duty Applications

With durable frames, powerful engines, high ground clearance and robust drive systems, HAMAC internal combustion forklifts are suitable for industrial yards, construction material storage, timber yards, factories, ports and outdoor logistics areas. They can handle demanding work involving building materials, machinery parts, steel products, timber, palletized cargo and other heavy industrial loads.

Pneumatic Tire Options for Uneven Ground

04 Pneumatic Tire Options for Uneven Ground

HAMAC diesel and LPG forklifts can be equipped with pneumatic tires for better traction and stability on paved yards, loading areas and uneven outdoor surfaces. This configuration is especially suitable for construction sites, lumber yards, agricultural facilities, ports and industrial areas where a standard warehouse electric forklift may not be the best choice. Pneumatic-tire IC forklifts are widely used where ground clearance, durability and outdoor mobility are important.

Configurable Fuel, Mast and Attachment Solutions

05 Configurable Fuel, Mast and Attachment Solutions

Customers can choose diesel, LPG, gasoline or dual-fuel forklift configurations based on fuel availability, operating hours, emissions requirements and working environment. HAMAC can also provide duplex or triplex masts, full free lift options, side shifters, fork positioners, fork extensions, cabins, air conditioners, warning lights and specialized attachments to match pallet sizes, rack heights and handling tasks. Industry IC models commonly offer diesel, LPG or dual-fuel versions within comparable 2.0–3.5T capacity classes.

Durable Design and Operator Comfort

06 Durable Design and Operator Comfort

HAMAC internal combustion forklifts are designed for long operating hours with an ergonomic operator area, clear forward visibility, practical controls and service-friendly component access. Heavy-duty cooling, reliable drivetrain components and reinforced chassis configurations help support stable operation in hot, dusty and demanding work environments. Contemporary diesel/LPG forklift designs commonly combine enhanced cooling, wet-disc brake axles, ergonomic cabins and durable powertrain components to improve uptime and serviceability.

Common FAQs

What is an LPG & gasoline forklift?
An LPG & gasoline forklift is an internal combustion counterbalance forklift powered by LPG, gasoline, or an LPG/gasoline dual fuel system. These forklifts are designed for pallet handling, truck loading, factory logistics, warehouse loading areas, distribution centers, and mixed indoor-outdoor operations with suitable ventilation.
What is the difference between an LPG forklift and a gasoline forklift? +
An LPG forklift uses liquefied petroleum gas, while a gasoline forklift uses petrol or gasoline. A dual fuel forklift can operate with LPG and gasoline, depending on the machine configuration. The best option depends on local fuel availability, operating hours, ventilation conditions, maintenance requirements, and the customer’s preferred fuel supply arrangement.
What capacities are available for HAMAC LPG & gasoline forklifts? +
HAMAC LPG & gasoline forklifts are available from 1.5 tons to 7 tons. The main product range includes 1.5T, 1.8T, 2T, 2.5T, 3T, 3.5T, 4T, 5T, and 7T models. The 2.5 ton LPG forklift and 3 ton dual fuel forklift are commonly selected for factory logistics, truck loading, rental fleets, and general industrial material handling.
Can an LPG forklift be used indoors? +
An LPG forklift may be used in indoor or semi-indoor applications only when there is sufficient ventilation and when local safety and emission requirements are met. For enclosed warehouses, food facilities, cold storage, and areas requiring zero exhaust emissions, an electric forklift is usually the more suitable option. Customers should always follow local regulations and site safety policies.
What is a dual fuel forklift? +
A dual fuel forklift is designed to operate with LPG and gasoline fuel options. This can provide additional operating flexibility for customers in regions where LPG cylinder supply or gasoline availability may vary. Before ordering a dual fuel forklift, HAMAC should confirm the required fuel system, local fuel specification, engine configuration, and destination-country regulations.
What tire options are available for LPG & gasoline forklifts? +
HAMAC LPG & gasoline forklifts can be supplied with pneumatic tires, solid tires, or cushion tires depending on the forklift model and working environment. Pneumatic tires are suitable for outdoor yards and uneven paved surfaces, cushion tires are suitable for smooth indoor factory floors, and solid tires are useful where puncture resistance is important.
What lift heights are available for LPG forklifts? +
HAMAC LPG and gasoline forklifts can be equipped with duplex or triplex mast configurations. Standard lift height is typically 3000 mm, while optional lift heights can range from 3000 mm to 6000 mm depending on model capacity, mast structure, tire selection, attachment weight, and residual capacity requirements. Full free lift mast options can be considered for container loading and low-ceiling applications.
Can an LPG / gasoline forklift be equipped with attachments? +
Yes. HAMAC LPG & gasoline forklifts can be equipped with side shifters, fork positioners, fork extensions, long forks, carton clamps, bale clamps, paper roll clamps, drum handlers, and other forklift attachments. The final forklift capacity must be checked after adding an attachment because attachment weight and load center affect residual capacity.
What applications are suitable for LPG & gasoline forklifts? +
LPG and gasoline forklifts are suitable for factories, warehouses with ventilation, loading docks, distribution centers, beverage handling, packaging plants, rental fleets, industrial yards, and mixed indoor-outdoor material handling. They are commonly used to handle palletized goods, cartons, raw materials, finished products, building materials, timber, and general industrial cargo.
What information is needed to select the right LPG or gasoline forklift? +
Please provide the required load capacity, load center, maximum lift height, pallet dimensions, working environment, ventilation condition, fuel preference, tire type, daily operating hours, attachment requirement, quantity, and destination country. HAMAC can recommend a suitable LPG forklift, gasoline forklift, or dual fuel forklift configuration with the correct mast, tires, engine, cabin, and attachments.
